Evolve502 in partnership with JCPS is extremely excited to offer enrichment supports during our community-wide summer learning efforts. This site will serve as a "one-stop-shop" for you to easily access presentation materials, and frequently asked questions that you may have. This site will be updated regularly with more information as it is received. Thank you for your continued commitment to serving our community's youth!

This program is designed to re-engage JCPS students from every school across the district in grades 1-12.
We are seeking individuals and programs to provide enriching and engaging lessons for students of all ages.
Locations at local non-profit organizations, community centers and schools available
June 16 - July 31
Payment: $150 for a 60-minute session

Submit MOU & Applicable Supporting Documents
501(c)3 or other applicable business designation
Appropriate Insurance
Agree to COVID-19 Health & Safety Plan
Submit background checks for all staff and volunteers
Sample week of lesson plans (3 days)

1) Please use the link to complete the Summer Success League Enrichment Provider Application to indicate your interest in participating.
2) Please complete the Enrichment Provider Summer Success League Background Check Form. All staff and volunteers must complete this form as well (only selected Enrichment Providers).
3) If your organization is selected to participate as an Enrichment Provider for the summer, you will submit your documents using the Enrichment Provider Document Submission Google Form.
