To apply: 

Please use the link to complete the Summer Success League Enrichment Provider Application to indicate your interest in participating.

Once selected as an enrichment provider for 2025:

• Please complete the Enrichment Provider Summer Success League Background Check Form. All staff and volunteers must complete this form as well (only selected Enrichment Providers). 

• If your organization is selected to participate as an Enrichment Provider for the summer, you will submit your documents using the Enrichment Provider Document Submission Google Form.

Session Log and Invoice Submissions:

Use the following link to submit all session log and invoices for Summer Success League 2025. You will be paid $150 for each scheduled 60-minute session.

The payment schedule is as follows:

Work period: June 16, 2025 - July 4, 2025         Submission date: July 6, 2025           Pay date: July 18, 2025

Work period: July 7, 2025 - July 31, 2025          Submission date: Aug 3, 2024           Pay date: August 18, 2025
