My drive and determination to get it right and get it correct. Success is based on effort, knowledge, teamwork, and some risk. For most small businesses like mine, failure is not an option. I use every setback or hiccup as a learning tool. Throughout my history, I have tried very hard to learn every aspect of the companies I work for and the programs that are used in the hopes of their future success. What this means for you, it's personal that you succeed.  

Just as most of those who have small businesses would like to have something to pass down to the next generation. This is my hope, that one day, one of my kiddos will follow in my footsteps and have a wealth of knowledge that is passed down to them. I want you to succeed not just in the next 5 years but 50.
