Back Office Bookkeeping started as an idea with my family, primarily my mother Jennifer. My parents opened up a small business with both having different backgrounds in the field. My father had the construction knowledge and my mother had the office side. I believe their understanding of both ends of the business gave them a head start at being successful. Through the years I have taken the understanding that you need a team to be successful. A team that's knowledgeable and supportive to have balance. One side without the other and you are set up to fail. 

Each accomplishment is a victory for everyone. Seeing the stress come off each business owner is one of the best parts of my day!
