Backline is a direct customer-communication tool. abAutomations (operated by Robert Andrew Bennett) provides the underlying technology under an individual service agreement with each Business Client, and each Business Client uses Backline solely to communicate with its own customers ("End Users") about its own services. Messages are sent to a Business Client's customers in three circumstances: an automated reply after a missed call, a request for a review after a completed service visit, and occasional service reminders. This is informational and operational messaging only - never marketing, lead generation, or affiliate messaging - and is never sent on behalf of any business other than the one the End User directly contacted.
End Users consent to receive messages by calling or texting a phone number enrolled in the Backline service. This is a continuation of a communication the End User initiated with the Business Client.
Message frequency varies depending on the End User's interactions with the Business Client. Typical frequency is one to a few messages per service interaction, plus occasional periodic reminders (no more than monthly).
Message and data rates may apply, as determined by the End User's mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP at any time to a Backline-enabled number to stop receiving messages. A confirmation message will be sent, and no further messages will be sent unless the End User re-initiates contact.
Reply HELP to a Backline-enabled number for assistance, or contact: Andy Bennett — abAutomations photoab@gmail.com | 415.596.9140
