Fundraiser Donation Requests

Brian is happy to consider donating pieces for fundraisers such as raffles, silent auctions, etc. To request a piece please click the link below to fill out our request form.

Requirements:

1) Must be local to the Greater Portland, Maine Area

2) the organization or fundraiser must be for local benefit

3) Back Bay Ceramics must be publicly listed as a donator 

4) the organization or fundraiser must provide an impact statement after the event that includes if the donation was claimed and funds raised by the donation,  not all requests will require this per discussion with Brian

5) the organization or fundraiser allows Back Bay Ceramics to list the fundraiser on the studio site’s fundraising page

6) the organization or fundraiser will email a digital copy of their tax ID to Back Bay Ceramics upon approval of this request, not all requests will require this per discussion with Brian
