Patients uncomfortable with waiting in the lobby can come inside, sign in, and wait in their cars after providing their cell phone number. When the nurse is ready for a patient, the front desk will call them.
We are implementing a new procedure to promote good health for you, other patients, and the staff. When you arrive here at the clinic (with an appointment or walk-in), please stay in your car. Please call or text us to initiate your sign in procedure.

We can also process your payment as you continue to wait in your car. When it is your turn, we will notify you to come inside via the cellphone number you provided and we will take you to the exam room.
We do not diagnose patients over the phone. To better assess and diagnose our patients, we are only seeing patients in person.
We do not have wifi that is patient accessible.
The wait can be from 0-20 minutes depending on whether the patient is new or established. It also depends on how busy we are at that time. Patients appear to be in and out between 30 minutes and 1 hour. These times may vary due to our new intake procedure during the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing precautions.
Mornings and right before or after lunch are our busier times. Wednesday is the least busy day while Mondays and Fridays are our busiest.
You can call our office to check on lab status. Lab result interpretations can be done via appointment or over the phone, depending on what Ronald Bacani decides appropriate. Lab result interpretation appointments are usually scheduled two weeks later.
We do not diagnose over the phone.
You will still be required to come in for three month follow-up appointments to have medications renewed and refilled.
Patients must be seen as usual for medication renewal and refill.
Work and school excuses/notes
In the office, we accept cash and credit card. We accept insurance and mail billing statements.

We have a unisex restroom that is wheelchair accessible and regularly sanitize our facilities.
