This Privacy Policy explains how BabyLeap: Milestones & Teeth ("App") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the App.

The App is developed and provided by Victoria Seniuk ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

The App allows you to enter information about your baby, including but not limited to:

• Baby's name

• Birth date

• Gender

• Birth week

• Developmental progress

• Milestones

• Achievements

• Other information you choose to save within the App

Providing this information is entirely optional.

2. How Your Information Is Stored

Your baby information is stored locally on your device.

If you have enabled iCloud on your Apple device, certain information may also be synchronized through Apple's iCloud (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore) to keep your data available across your own Apple devices.

We do not operate our own servers for storing your baby information.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect:

• payment card information;

• passwords;

• government identification numbers;

• precise location data;

• health records;

• biometric information.

We also do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store using Apple's In-App Purchase system.

We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Apple processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

At the time of this Privacy Policy, the App does not use third-party analytics or advertising services to collect information about your use of the App.

If analytics or diagnostic services are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Advertising

The App does not display third-party advertisements.

We do not use advertising networks or share your information for advertising purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Although the App relates to children's development, it is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers.

The App is not directed to children as users.

Any information entered into the App about a child is entered voluntarily by the child's parent or caregiver.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Because your baby information is stored locally on your device (and optionally synchronized through your personal iCloud account), we generally do not have access to your data.

We may disclose information only if required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the App and your information.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and your Apple account.

10. Your Choices

You may:

• choose what information to enter into the App;

• edit or delete information stored within the App at any time;

• disable iCloud synchronization through your Apple device settings;

• uninstall the App whenever you choose.

Because your information is stored locally (and optionally in your own iCloud account), deleting the App may remove locally stored data. Data synchronized through iCloud may remain available until removed through your Apple account or device settings.

11. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Apple services for:

• App Store purchases;

• optional iCloud synchronization.

Your use of these services is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

12. International Users

If you use the App outside Ukraine, your information may be stored on your own device and, if enabled, within Apple's iCloud infrastructure, which may process data in various countries in accordance with Apple's policies.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
