Team 13: Symple

Symple is an interactive mentoring and career simulation platform that allows college students and young professionals to get personalized guidance on their career exploration journey. We are a team of 5 students committed to creating a more accessible, fun, and hands-on program for personal and career development. We believe that self-awareness is the first step in career exploration, and therefore our platform offers psychoanalytical assessments. Through a unique algorithm, each user obtains customized career options to discover in our simulations. Our platform also utilizes an algorithm to match mentees and mentors based on their interests, education, and experience. We believe that all people should have the opportunity to connect with a mentor regardless of geographic location, and our goal is to help students and young professionals gain more self-awareness as well as knowledge of the variety of career paths out there.
