If guests are selecting two indvidual beds or room options, each attendee will book individually. If adding on a guest to a room/bed, both attendees need to be purchased for both guests within one registration/payment.
Included with Every Ticket
A ticket covers everything a guest will need for a full, immersive retreat experience. Ticket prices are tiered based on sleeping accommodations, allowing attendees to choose the experience and comfort level that best fits their budget.

The only things not included are the optional reformer pliates class, personal purchases, and any personal travel costs to and from the venue.
Cancellation Policy
Costs and commitments to the venue and partners are in place. For this reason, all payments are final. To ensure the integrity and safety of the retreat, tickets cannot be transferred to another guest. No shows will be missed, but unfortunately no refunds or credits can be issued for guests who do not arrive on the day of the retreat.
The Pines in Crosslake
A magical woodland escape, featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, a hot tub, and enough space for 12. The Pines is a laid-back lakeside home built to be a lakeside retreat. The waterfront property will be exclusively used by Babes Who Book Club for the weekend.
The property hosts all essentials: including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, kitchen basics, washer and dryer, fire pit and grill.
The Pines in Crosslake is close to local lakes, dining, trails, and seasonal activities.
About the Accommodations
There are four rooms for guests to choose from with their registration. Guests can attend solo or book a room/bed with another guest.

The Constellation Loft: 2 Full Beds, 2 Twin Beds
Getting to the Venue
There is not organized transportation to the venue. Guests can coordinate with the host for options if needed. Crosslake, MN is located about 2.5 hours North of Minneapolis and 30 minutes North of Brainerd, MN.
There are five parking sports available at the property. Friends coming together are encouraged to carpool.
The overarching weekend theme.
Think moody, modern celestial, feminie, dark academia meets modern witch.
Decor will feature dried herbs, candles, jewel tones, pumpkins, and spell books. Activities will be about creation of crafts, intention setting, journaling, and tarot/astrology education.
Friday night's dinner theme is "Slice of Fun", featuring a good ole fashioned pizza party.
Saturday night's dinner theme will lean into the "Sun, Moon, and Story" theme while playing on "Spine and Dine". It will be an evening of decadent food and a discussion of everyone's latest five star reads.
For those opting into movement activities, bring workout sets, layers, pilates socks, or hiking boots.
Bring loungewear for relaxing and staying warm for the Minnesota Fall.
Swimsuites are required for using the hot tub or sauna.
No actual dress code is in place. All are recommendations based on the activities planned.
Lean into the retreat theme of "Sun, Moon, and Story" and wear jewled tones, pack your crystals, or cozy sweaters.
The Fall retreat brings book lovers together to explore Cross Lake while bounding over shared stories and new experiences. From cozy family-style dinners and fun crafts to themed movie nights, bookish goodies, and plenty of time to relax, the weekend is designed to spark friendships and create lasting memories.
