Non-Personal Data: We collect crash logs, performance metrics, and technical diagnostics exclusively to improve App stability and user experience. Technical usage data (such as device type, OS version, and App version) is collected and is not linked to your personal identity.

AI Assistant Interactions:

Some AI features operate locally on your device without external connection.

Other features require sending your queries to external AI service providers to generate responses. These queries are processed in an anonymous manner. We do not transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to these providers.

Sensitive Data Warning: We strongly advise users to refrain from entering any personally identifiable information (such as full names, national ID numbers, or financial details) when interacting with the AI assistant. The App is designed to function without the need for such data.

2. Third-Party Services

To maintain and improve our services, we may integrate third-party tools (such as performance monitoring services like Firebase). These services are subject to their own privacy policies. Regarding AI service providers, queries may be sent to various providers to ensure the best performance. We do not share personal user data with these providers.

3. Permissions

The App requests only the minimum permissions necessary for its core functions:

INTERNET: Required for connectivity with external AI providers and sending performance/crash data.

STORAGE: Used solely to save chat history and App settings locally on your device.

The App does not request access to your Camera, Contacts, Location, or any other sensitive hardware.

4. Data Control and Deletion

You maintain complete control over your local data through the following options:

In-App Deletion: We provide a dedicated "Delete My Data" button within the settings menu. Clicking this will permanently delete all locally stored data from your device.

Automatic Deletion: Uninstalling the App from your device will immediately remove all locally stored settings, preferences, and chat history.

Chat History Management: You can view, manage, or clear your previous conversations directly from the chat screen at any time.

Independent Tool: ElFahem is an independent educational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any government agency, the Ministry of Labor, or any official institution in Algeria or elsewhere.
