Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

By using BAS Bot (the “Bot”) in the BA Services Discord servers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

1. What the Bot does

The Bot manages tickets, the customer queue and team forming for a Barbarian Assault service in Old School RuneScape. It also provides moderation, logging, reminders and small community games.

2. Other rules that apply

You must also follow:

• Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

• the rules of the BA Services server

• Jagex’s rules for Old School RuneScape

Customers stay logged in to their own accounts throughout a service. We never ask for your login details.

3. Payments

• All payments are made in in-game currency only. The Bot does not handle or process real-money payments.

• Always confirm with ranks inside your ticket before trading anything. Staff will only contact you in your ticket. Any direct message claiming to be from us asking for payment is a scam.

• We are not responsible for trades made outside the process described in your ticket.

4. The queue

• Queue position depends on your priority tier and when you joined the queue. Waiting times are not guaranteed.

• If you do not respond when called within the time shown, you may be skipped and marked offline.

• Multi-session orders have cooldowns between sessions, as explained in your ticket.

• Staff may change queue order, skip a customer or close a ticket at their discretion, for example for inactivity or a rule breach.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• spam, abuse or try to break the Bot

• impersonate staff or other users

• use the Bot to harass anyone

6. Availability

The Bot is provided “as is”. It may be unavailable at times, for example during Discord outages or maintenance. We do not guarantee it will always work or be free of errors.

7. Image calculator

The image calculator command uses an AI service to read values from screenshots you post. Results may be inaccurate, so always check them before relying on them. Only post images you are happy to have processed this way, and do not post images containing personal information.

8. Suspension

We may restrict or remove your access to the Bot or the BA Services servers if you break these terms.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Bot. This includes in-game items or currency lost through trades with third parties.

10. Not affiliated

The Bot and this service are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Discord Inc. or Jagex Ltd.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Bot after changes are posted means you accept them.
