Getting Started

- Add one or more fleets
- Add boats
  - Minimum information per boat is the sail number and either skipper name or boat name
- Configure your regatta
  - Add the regatta name and date
- Set check-boxes on boats that will be participating in the regatta
  - Note you will need to select a fleet, this need not be consistent across regattas
- Save Regatta when you are happy
- Return to the home screen and select the regatta to get started
- Add fleet starts as races begin
- Select a boat as it comes up to the finish line
  - The keypad can be used to filter boats, any part of the sail number will be matched
  - i.e. Searching for a portion of the sail number 14 will return matches for 141234, 114414 etc.
- Hit Mark to capture boat finish time

New Fleet

Creating a new Fleet

In the Fleet Name, type in the fleet name
Hit "Add Fleet"

Edit Fleet Name

Click on an existing fleet
Uncheck "Create New Fleet"
Update the fleet name
Update Fleet

Delete Fleet

Long-press on the fleet
Accept the delete prompt

New Boat

New Boat

To add a new boat add the boat information on the lower half of the screen
Hit "Add Boat" when done

Deleting a Boat

Long press the boat in the top half of the screen
Accept the prompt to delete

Creating a new Regatta

Add the regatta name
Add the regatta date
Click on Create

Adding Boats to Regatta

Select the regatta from the drop-down
Add checkmarks next to each participating boat
Make sure to set the fleet (as this may change from regatta to regatta)
Hit "Save Regatta"
Hit "Back" when done

Select a Regatta

Go to the Home screen
Click on the Regatta name

Starting a Race

Select the fleet
Hit "Start"
Accept the prompt to start the race
NOTE: Time is marked from when START is selected

Marking Boat Finishes

Use the keypad to enter any part of the sail number
Select the boat about to cross the line
Hit "Mark Boat" as the finish line is crossed

Select a Regatta

Go to the home screen
Select "Results"

Emailing Results

Select the regatta of interest in the first drop-down
Select the fleet to be reported in the "Select Fleet" dropdown
Click on "Email Results" to email a CSV of the races to the race committee
