Mohammed Azim is an experienced teacher with 30 years of teaching experience. He has been a classroom teacher, coordinator, head of department, careers counsellor, head of sub school, curriculum officer and developer, assessor, teacher coach and mentor and a teacher trainer as well. He is a National Assessor for NAPLAN English Writing, Victorian GAT Writing Exam Assessor and VCE English Assessor. Mohammed Azim is an award-winning teacher who won the National Excellence in Teacher Award in 2011, the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership Commendation Award in 2013 and recognised in the 2017 Hot List of the Top 50 Educators in Australia by ‘The Educator Magazine’. In 2020, Mohammed Azim was accorded with the honour of being the Global Educational Influencer 2020 sponsored by 'The Excelligent Magazine' from the US.

Faiyaz Khan is an experienced primary and secondary English and Humanities teacher. He has taught in state and independent schools, both Christian and Islamic, in Queensland and Victoria. He has held leadership positions of English Coordinator and Student Representative Council (SRC) Coordinator for a number of years. He currently tutors primary and secondary students in English, with special attention to VCE. His areas of interest include differentiation, reading and creativity.
