These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AZ Apps ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the AZ Apps mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using our App, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms incorporate Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA prevails for matters relating to the App Store.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer your rights in the App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
The App may offer in-app purchases ("IAP") for additional features, content, or services
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the current subscription.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store on your device after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
All purchases made through the App Store are final. We do not process refunds directly.

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., service unavailability), we may issue account credits at our discretion
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
You may delete your account at any time from within the App Settings, as required by Apple's guidelines
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual
Upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
Use the App to scrape, harvest, or collect data in an automated manner
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
For facial recognition features specifically: you may only process images for which you have legal authorization. You must not use the App to conduct unauthorized surveillance or to identify individuals without their consent where prohibited by law.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AZ Apps and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation
"Apple", "iPhone", "iPad", "iOS", "App Store" are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries
The App may display content from or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of third-party content. Access to third-party services is at your own risk.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
AZ Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you; and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
AZ Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, AZ Apps, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights to file a complaint with a consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms
You may terminate your agreement to these Terms by deleting the App and your account
Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases. Sections 6, 8, 11, and 12 survive termination
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
