AZ Apps ("we", "our", or "us") operates this mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms herein, please do not use the App.

Our App may request access to your device camera or photo library to enable core functionality. Photos and images processed within the App are used solely to provide the requested feature and are not stored on our servers without your explicit consent.
Where our App uses facial recognition or facial analysis features:
Facial geometry data is processed on-device using Apple's native Vision framework / Core ML, wherever possible
We do not sell, share, or transmit facial templates or biometric identifiers to third parties
Facial data used for search or matching is processed in-memory and not permanently stored unless you explicitly save results
You may delete any stored facial data at any time from within the App settings
We obtain your explicit, informed consent before processing any biometric data
In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework (iOS 14.5+), we will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You may grant or deny this permission at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
If you decline tracking, we do not use your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) and do not share your data with third-party advertising networks for cross-app tracking purposes.

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit)

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law:
Account data: Retained for the duration of your account, plus 90 days after deletion
Purchase records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
Biometric/facial data: Deleted immediately after processing, unless you explicitly save results
Crash & diagnostic logs: Retained for 12 months, then automatically purged
Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Our App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it. Our App integrates with Apple Sign-In, iCloud, and other Apple services. Data shared with Apple is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy
