Our understanding can be limited when our experience is limited. What is it that keeps you from fully investing time in the temple? My temple marriage failed and I'm lost... I don't want to go alone... It's been a long time since I last attended... I don't have the time or motivation... and the list goes on.
We all have concerns and questions or are just plain out of energy. Let's join together to ignite or rekindle the desire to come to love the temple in our present situation! This will be an interactive session as we listen and learn, participate and glean from questions asked and experiences shared.

Her all-time favorite pastime is/was being a wife and mother. After her husband of 47 years passed away, she served an 18-month mission in the Texas Dallas Mission. We all eat. We have many reference points from childhood, friend groups, the media and our own lived experiences. Many of our dietary rules and cues are external. At times this can cause us to chaff, rebel, and blame. Instead, we will take time to internalize and own our choices. Who do I want to be around food? What are decisions I can live with? We will then dive into intuitive eating and learn about feeling hunger, fullness, and curious awareness about our choices.
