📄 Ayuda Trade – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all business interactions, agreements, and services provided by Ayuda Trade, a brokerage and export facilitation company based in Ethiopia, connecting global coffee buyers with certified Ethiopian exporters.

1. Scope of Service

Ayuda Trade acts as a broker and export facilitator, connecting international coffee buyers with trusted Ethiopian coffee exporters. We assist in:

• Matching buyer needs with reliable suppliers

• Facilitating quotations, samples, and contract discussions

• Coordinating shipping with logistics partners

• Supporting communication throughout the transaction

2, Shipping Coordination & Delay Handling

While Ayuda Trade does not operate as a shipping company, we actively manage and supervise all logistics processes in partnership with trusted freight and logistics providers like Akakas Logistics.

✅ If any delay occurs, we:

• Take full responsibility for following up with shippers

• Communicate clearly with the buyer

• Work to resolve the issue and provide alternative solutions where applicable

However, delays caused by external factors such as port strikes, customs clearance, or natural disruptions may be out of our control — but we will always act as your advocate to ensure you stay informed and supported.

3. Communication & Confidentiality

All inquiries, pricing, and discussions facilitated by Ayuda Trade are confidential. Any sensitive documents or agreements will be treated professionally and shared only with the involved parties.

4. Commission & Fees

Ayuda Trade earns brokerage commission from the exporter, unless agreed otherwise. No hidden fees are charged to buyers unless pre-arranged. Buyers will be notified in writing if any charges apply.

5. Sample Policy

Sample requests are handled based on the exporter’s policy. Shipping costs for samples may be the responsibility of the buyer unless waived by the supplier.

6. Appointment & Inquiries

Only verified inquiries will be eligible for follow-up meetings. Ayuda Trade reserves the right to approve or deny appointments based on business fit, region, or seriousness of the inquiry.

7. Shipping & Logistics

We coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., Akakas Logistics) for smooth export processes. However, shipping responsibilities and terms (FCA, FOB, CIF, etc.) are between buyer and exporter as per the final contract.

8. Jurisdiction

Ayuda Trade operates under the legal framework of Ethiopian trade law. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with Ethiopian business regulations

9. Changes to Terms

Ayuda Trade reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website and notified to current partners when applicable.
