Working closely with a developer, I helped shape the product vision and user experience, ensuring the platform was intuitive, fast, and built for discovery. Beyond product, I designed and executed the go-to-market strategy, covering launch messaging, content rollout, and organic distribution across social channels.
The result was a platform that didn’t just publish content, but positioned itself as a reference point for African Web3 projects, builders, and narratives, driving early traction and repeat readership within the ecosystem.
I’ve written and published in-depth articles, explainers, and news coverage on TawkCrypto, breaking down complex Web3 topics into clear, Africa-relevant insights.
From ecosystem deep dives and founder stories to regulatory conversations and adoption trends, the content is designed to educate, inform, and spark conversation, while remaining accessible to both newcomers and seasoned Web3 users.
This body of work has helped position TawkCrypto as a trusted voice for African crypto stories, not just a content aggregator.
I launched and managed the TawkCrypto Podcast as an extension of the brand’s storytelling, creating a platform for founders, builders, and ecosystem leaders to share unfiltered insights.
From guest outreach and booking to episode direction and promotion, I handled the full pipeline. The podcast strengthened TawkCrypto’s brand authority while opening doors to partnerships, collaborations, and deeper ecosystem relationships.
I built and executed TawkCrypto’s social content strategy, translating long-form insights into high-performing short-form content across platforms.
This included:
Educational carousels
Commentary on African Web3 trends
Founder and ecosystem highlights
Narrative-led posts designed for saves, shares, and discussion
The focus wasn’t just growth, it was relevance and consistency, turning social channels into a reliable distribution engine for TawkCrypto content.
I created and managed TawkCrypto Wrap, a weekly newsletter curating the most important African Web3 stories, insights, and ecosystem updates.
The newsletter served as a signal product, keeping readers informed without noise and reinforcing TawkCrypto as a go-to source for what actually matters in African crypto each week.
Beyond content and community, I drove TawkCrypto's business development efforts, identifying partnership opportunities, securing sponsorships, and positioning the platform for sustainable growth.

I supported the launch of The R Roundup Digital Magazine, helping drive early visibility, traction, and conversation across social platforms.
A key objective was to secure attention and engagement from Iggy Azalea within two weeks of launch, using organic content strategy, timing, and narrative positioning. I exceeded this target, achieving engagement in just over one week, contributing to the magazine surpassing 10,000+ views in its first week.
I authored and distributed weekly ecosystem reports focused on simplifying complex Solana updates, covering product changes, ecosystem growth, and key narratives in a format accessible to both builders and enthusiasts.
These reports played a direct role in strengthening reader trust and consistency, contributing to a 10% increase in newsletter subscribers over four months.
I drove daily engagement through trend-aware content, memes, and timely commentary, ensuring The R Roundup stayed culturally relevant while maintaining informational value.
By aligning ecosystem updates with internet culture and real-time conversations, this approach led to a 25% increase in follower engagement within three months, reinforcing The R Roundup’s presence as a fast-moving, plugged-in voice within the Solana ecosystem.

Content Lead.
As Content Lead at FTX Africa, I collaborated with the marketing and business development teams to launch creative campaigns and strategic business development plans that led to phenomenal growth across the continent:
Led content strategy and execution across key African markets (Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana), supporting marketing efforts that scaled monthly trading volumes from:
▸ $5M → $500M in Nigeria
▸ $50M → $2B in South Africa
▸ $0 → $100M in Ghana
Created and managed engaging educational and product-driven content across social media, web, and email, driving a 30% increase in audience engagement across FTX Africa’s channels.
Coordinated on-the-ground activations in Nigeria including university roadshows, educating 1,000+ students and converting 700+ into verified users, significantly increasing regional brand visibility.
Collaborated cross-functionally with global and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and cultural relevance in all content across Africa.
The "30 Features in 30 Days" campaign was designed with the goals of informing, educating, and converting users, and it achieved these objectives with remarkable success.
During the campaign, we showcased a different feature of the FTX trading platform each day through a concise 30-45 second video clip. Each video included a dedicated QR code or a campaign-specific signup link, encouraging viewers to register on the platform. Over the month, we explored 30 distinct features, and to increase engagement, we hosted weekly reward-based quizzes that revolved around the content shared that week. This interactive approach not only heightened participation but also significantly boosted user signups, with an increase of over 30% by the campaign's conclusion.
To facilitate effective communication, I also prioritize translating content from English into local languages. While English is widely spoken and even the official language in several African countries, many people are more comfortable with and prefer to communicate in their local dialects, such as Swahili, Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo. This approach ensures our messages resonate more deeply across diverse linguistic groups.
