Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using AYNN.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AYNN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Throughout these Terms:

• “AYNN”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the AYNN application and Aynn - faith & wealth, the provider of the application.

• “You” refers to the person using AYNN.

1. What AYNN Is

AYNN is a faith and wealth companion designed to help Muslims in their daily worship and financial responsibilities.

Features may include:

• Prayer Times

• Wake for Fajr

• Qur'an

• Hadith

• Du'a

• Wird

• Tasbih

• Qibla

• Hijri Calendar

• Amanah

• Zakat Calculator

• Income Purification Calculator

• Educational content and other supporting features

AYNN is designed to assist your personal practice.

It is not:

• a religious authority,

• a financial adviser,

• a legal adviser, or

• a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

2. Religious Content

AYNN provides Islamic educational content for reference and personal use.

Prayer Times

Prayer times are calculated using astronomical calculations and the settings you choose.

Different mosques and Islamic organizations may use different calculation methods or local adjustments.

If AYNN differs from your local mosque, we recommend following your local mosque.

Qibla

The Qibla direction is calculated from your device's location and compass sensor.

Accuracy depends on your device's hardware and on your surroundings. Metal structures, magnets, and electronic devices can all affect a compass reading.

Treat the direction shown as a guide. Where accuracy matters, confirm it against your local mosque or another reliable reference.

Religious Guidance

AYNN does not issue fatwas.

Nothing within AYNN should be interpreted as a religious ruling.

Where religious decisions are important, consult a qualified Islamic scholar.

Ask AYNN currently provides curated answers prepared and reviewed by our team.

These answers explain AYNN's features and provide general educational information.

They are not personalized religious advice.

Personal Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own worship and religious decisions.

AYNN cannot guarantee that notifications, alarms, or reminders will always function under every device configuration.

3. Financial Content

AYNN includes educational financial tools such as:

• Amanah

• Zakat Calculator

• Income Purification Calculator

These tools work only from the information you enter.

AYNN:

• does not connect to your bank,

• does not connect to your broker,

• does not access your financial accounts,

• does not provide financial advice,

• does not recommend investments, and

• does not manage money on your behalf.

Halal Screening

Amanah may indicate whether a holding appears to meet common Shariah screening criteria.

These indicators are educational and are based on the information available to us and the information you enter.

Scholars and screening bodies differ in their methods and thresholds, and a company's activities and finances change over time.

AYNN does not certify any investment as halal or haram.

Where a ruling matters to you, consult a qualified Islamic scholar or a recognized Shariah screening authority.

Zakat

Zakat calculations are estimates based on the information you provide.

Islamic opinions regarding Zakat may differ depending on your circumstances.

You should consult a qualified scholar when making important religious financial decisions.

Any investment or financial decision remains entirely your responsibility.

4. Beta Software

AYNN is currently under active development and may be released through testing programs such as Internal Testing, Closed Testing, or Open Testing.

During this period:

• Features may change.

• Features may be added or removed.

• Bugs may exist.

• Unexpected behaviour may occur.

• Data may occasionally be lost.

Please keep your own records of important information, particularly financial information.

Do not rely on AYNN as your only source of important data.

5. Your Account

Most AYNN features can be used without creating an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• maintaining access to your account,

• protecting your credentials, and

• activity performed using your account.

You may delete your account at any time using the Delete Account option within the app.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about how your information is stored and deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms,

• abuse the service,

• attempt unauthorized access, or

• interfere with other users.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for such action.

6. Pricing

AYNN is currently free to use.

There are currently:

• no subscriptions,

• no in-app purchases, and

• no advertisements.

If paid features are introduced in the future, we will clearly inform users before any charges apply.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use AYNN.

If you are below the age required to legally accept these Terms in your country, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use AYNN for unlawful purposes,

• interfere with or disrupt AYNN,

• attempt unauthorized access,

• reverse engineer or decompile the application except where permitted by law,

• copy or redistribute AYNN's proprietary content as your own, or

• interfere with another user's use of AYNN.

9. Questions You Submit

If you submit a question through the question form AYNN links to, or through another feedback feature, you grant us permission to:

• review your submission,

• answer your question, and

• publish an edited or anonymized version of the question and answer within AYNN to help other users.

Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or personal information in submitted questions.

We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity or decline to publish them.

10. Intellectual Property

AYNN's software, design, branding, user interface, graphics, written content, and source code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights are reserved.

Qur'anic text, Hadith, Du'a, and other Islamic references remain the property of their respective publishers, translators, or copyright holders where applicable.

Any attribution provided within AYNN remains the property of its respective owner.

Your personal data — including your portfolio, bookmarks, reading progress, and calculator entries — remains your property.

11. Third-Party Services

AYNN currently relies on Google services including:

• Firebase Authentication

• Firebase Firestore

• Google Play

• Google Play Integrity

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AYNN is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• missed or delayed prayer notifications,

• alarm failures,

• differences between calculated prayer times and local mosque timings,

• inaccuracies in the Qibla direction shown,

• financial decisions made using AYNN,

• investment losses,

• Zakat calculation differences,

• halal screening indicators or the conclusions drawn from them,

• temporary loss of data during testing,

• service interruptions, or

• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made:

• the Effective Date will be updated, and

• users may be notified within the app.

Continued use of AYNN after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siwan, Bihar, India.
