Welcome to AXYRA.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AXYRA mobile application and related services operated by Pall Network Commerce Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using AXYRA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the application.

1. Eligibility

To use AXYRA, you must:

• Meet the minimum legal age required under applicable laws or platform requirements.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Use the application only for lawful purposes.

• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met.

2. User Account

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your login information secure.

• Notify the Company of any unauthorized account access.

• Ensure that information provided remains accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user accounts.

• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the application.

• Use automated scripts, bots, emulators, or unauthorized tools.

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

• Circumvent security or authentication mechanisms.

The Company may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

4. Mining Features

AXYRA may provide digital mining-related application features.

Mining functionality is intended solely as an application feature and does not represent cryptocurrency mining performed by your device hardware unless expressly stated by the Company.

Mining sessions, rewards, timers, multipliers, balances, and related mechanics are governed by application rules established by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue mining features at any time.

5. Reward System

Reward balances displayed within the application are governed by platform rules.

Display of rewards does not constitute ownership of any financial asset unless expressly stated by the Company.

The Company may adjust reward calculations, reward rates, multipliers, eligibility requirements, or reward mechanisms as necessary.

6. Advertisements

Certain optional features may require viewing a rewarded advertisement.

Viewing advertisements is voluntary unless specifically selected by the user for optional features such as Boost Mining.

Failure to complete a rewarded advertisement may result in the associated optional feature not being activated.

7. No Financial Promise

AXYRA is a technology platform.

Nothing within the application constitutes:

• Investment advice.

• Financial advice.

• Securities offering.

• Guaranteed earnings.

• Guaranteed withdrawals.

• Guaranteed token value.

• Guaranteed future utility.

• Guaranteed exchange listing.

• Guaranteed profit.

Any future digital asset, blockchain, wallet, withdrawal functionality, token distribution, or related feature may be introduced, modified, delayed, restricted, or discontinued at the sole discretion of the Company and subject to applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All application content, software, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, source code, documentation, text, icons, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Pall Network Commerce Private Limited.

No part of the application may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

9. User Content

Where users submit content, feedback, suggestions, or reports, the Company may use such information to improve its products and services.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts where it reasonably believes that a user has:

• Violated these Terms.

• Engaged in fraudulent activity.

• Attempted unauthorized access.

• Misused platform features.

• Violated applicable laws.

• Threatened platform security or integrity.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

11. Third-Party Services

The application may integrate services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

• Google Firebase

• Google AdMob

• Google Play Services

Use of such services is also subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.

12. Availability of Services

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.

Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security events, or external factors may temporarily affect service availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pall Network Commerce Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use AXYRA.

Users access and use the application at their own discretion and risk.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pall Network Commerce Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Misuse of the application.

• Violation of applicable law.

• Infringement of third-party rights.

15. Privacy

Use of AXYRA is also governed by the AXYRA Privacy Policy.

Users are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy before using the application.

16. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion in accordance with the Company's Account Deletion Policy.

The Company may retain certain information where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

17. Policy Changes

Pall Network Commerce Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, replace, suspend, or discontinue these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication within the application, official website, or other official communication channels.

Continued use of AXYRA after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights available to users under applicable law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies published by the Company, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Pall Network Commerce Private Limited regarding the use of AXYRA.

21. Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using AXYRA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
