Registration, plenary talks, contributed talks, the poster session, reception, lunch, and coffee/tea take place in Lumberjack Mathematics Center (LMC) on the NAU Campus. See map.

Parking Options (Free with Parking Pass):
The organizers at NAU have reserved 2 parking lots on campus for AWSiM participants to park. (See options below.) If participants wish to park their cars on one of these lots, they can retrieve a parking pass from the conference hotel (Hyatt Place Flagstaff) during hotel check-in or retrieve a parking pass at the registration table the mornings of the conference. Please note that regular parking regulations always apply (e.g., handicapped and government vehicle spots are prohibited).

Parking Option 1: Lot P7A (HLC Lot)

Bigger lot out of the two options.
~10 min walk to LMC.

Parking Option 2: Lot P11

Smaller lot out of the two options.
~5 min walk to LMC.

Garage Parking Option ($10/Day)
Parking Garage (P96B) is located right next to the SAS Building (building where the LMC is). Parking is $10/day and will not be covered by the conference.

All rooms MUST be booked before Tuesday, October 24, 2023. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public and you will no longer have access to the special group rate.

Note: When booking, please be sure to select dates between Friday, November 17, 2023 to Sunday, November 19, 2023.
