Paper Submission (Oral or Poster)

The abstract should be emailed us. Please indicate your preference (oral, poster, or both are OK).

Because the number of oral presentation slot is limited, oral presentation will be selected from the submitted abstracts. Other papers will be poster presentations.

Registration fee
Students: 2,000 JPY
Others: 4,000 JPY

Registration fee includes fees for abstract book and coffee break (soft drinks & snacks).
Please pay at the registration desk (cash only).

The winners of 2021 prize are exempted from registration fee. If you are the winner, please inform us upon online registration or email us.
