Mary Edith is a 3rd-year math and economics double major. She is particularly interested in the application of nonlinear dynamics to the social sciences. When she's not doing problem sets, Mary Edith is a member of the University Singers and loves to play the piano.

Kate is a 2nd year undergraduate planning to double major in economics and global public health with a minor in statistics. She is a member of the Center for Global Health Equity Student Advisory Board and has an interest in using quantitative measures to improve public health infrastructure and policy. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and exploring new restaurants in Charlottesville and beyond.

Claire is a 4th year undergraduate double majoring in financial mathematics and economics. She is curious about the intersection of economics and mathematics, with an interest in pursuing a career in finance. Outside the classroom, she enjoys playing guitar, discovering new music, and staying active through sports and the outdoors.

Alexa is 2nd year undergraduate majoring in Applied Statistics with a Biostatistics concentration. She is currently working in a bioinformatics lab researching eye development and disease. She loves reading, soccer, and attending UVA sports games.

Xiangyu (Celia) is a third-year undergraduate student double majoring in mathematics and economics. She is currently involved in research that supports teachers and students in STEM and computer science education. She also serves as a peer mentor for first-year Asian American students through the PAFN program. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting and baking.

They are particularly interested in topology with research experience in low-dimensional topology and knot theory and plan to continue their studies with a PhD after graduation.
