This website is a living file, which means that all of the items included here can be accessed by the rest of the team and will update as changes are made - in real time! Please tread carefully as you access the documents/files here - and if you need to make use of a template, please download it first.

Important Items to Note:

• Vacation Time - Please (try to) let us a know a month in advance if you are taking vacation time that will impact your clinical days. Please email both Intake, Colleen & Andrea when notifying about vacation time.

• Out of Office (OOO) - Please turn your OOO email on if you will be away from your email for more than 24 hours

• Clinical Notes - CLINICAL NOTES need to be completed within 24hrs of a session, if your notes are more than 7days overdue we will come looking for you!

• If you are seeing more than one child in a family, please be mindful of the costs and offer an 80 minute session and see each child for 40 minutes. If the family still requests two 50 minute sessions that is ok too.
