What do you need in order to do yoga ?

Do you have to be flexible in order to try yoga?

-No ! Yoga is a practice and takes all body types into account. Yoga can help with building strength and flexibility. Yoga can be done at all different levels. Nobody is perfect! Yoga always provides a safe and non-judgmental space. Start off slow and give it a try!

"I can't relax" Would yoga be good for me?

Of course! Sometimes is it hard to relax when there may be a lot going on in our lives and in the world. Yoga takes time and effort, but as long as you are willing to show up for yourself and try, you are headed in the right direction ! So even when you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed, give yourself a chance to make it a great day !

Ive tried yoga before and didn't like it, what should I do?

Sometimes this happens depending on your first yoga experience, and that is okay ! Yoga is worth trying again! It is best to pick a yoga video/class and teacher who can best tailor the experience to your needs and interests. There are many different forms of yoga to pick from. Just remember that yoga is a consistent practice that takes time and effort ! Listen to your body and provide it with the much needed love it deserves !
