Our current campaign:

"The Rise of Reusable Plastic Bags" is a campaign movement   which aims at the reduction in the use of single-use plastic bags. Members will be given challenges concerning avoiding single-use bags and spreading the word to everyone around them.

The major call for this campaign is as a result of the disastrous effects these bags have on our environment. Their continuous production contributes to emissions, pollutes our environment and is the major cause of drainage blockage which eventually leads to flooding.

Therefore, by reusing stronger plastic bags for long periods of time we can curb land pollution to an extent, reduce emissions and contribute to climate change action.

According to our Pillars, we have chosen the way of action by pasting educative "Bring Your Own Bag Posters" to encourage buyers in using reusable bags and avoiding the usual black single-use plastic bags. Here are images of the poster in soft copy and pasted in local shops:
