1.This is a condition in most of the teenagers, due to the wrong positioning and angular posture of the legs. While standing most of the people tend to leave the posture of their legs loosely, due to which both the knees knock with each other. Where as the correct way of standing is stretching the knees backward, and with this the posture will be corrected, and knees will stay apart.
2.The common remedies include, mild exercises with the help of physiotherapist, consulting an orthopaedics surgeon, and adopting the correct posture while walking, running and standing.
3. In the Defence Forces guidance it is essential that you should not have knock knees, as it will be a hurdle in your training, and further accomplishment of your assigned tasks.
4.In most of the cases people don't have knock knees, but due to lack of knowledge and adoption of poor posture, this ailment is visible. However, the same can be overcome with minor interventions and right guidance.
