Macroinvertebrates 

Today (7/22/24) I went back to my stream to catch macroinvertebrates. Unfortunately, I didn't find any,.  I did catch a Brook trout in a shallower part of the stream. I think the reason there weren't any macroinvertebrates is because we've had a couple big storms recently that might have pushed them downstream.  I think that's also how the fish got there because much of the stream is about ankle deep and the section I found the fish in was only about two inches deep.  I'm going to try and catch some tomorrow after its rained.
