How to Request an Appointment

Appointments are offered on select dates throughout the school year based on instructional scheduling.

Please complete the Alief Veterinary Science Animal Prescreening form. Students will review your submission and contact you within two school days to confirm availability and provide next steps.

Service Requirements

To maintain a safe and sanitary training environment, the following requirements must be met prior to service:

• Pets must be in good general health

• Dogs and cats must be current on required vaccinations

• Pets must be on current flea prevention

• Proof of vaccinations and flea prevention is required prior to drop-off

• Pets must arrive secured on a leash or in a carrier

Upon Arrival

Drop-off and pick-up instructions will be provided when your appointment request is confirmed.

Pets must be secured on a leash or in a carrier before entering the building.

Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell and wait for assistance.

All required medical records must be submitted prior to service. If records were not submitted in advance, please bring a printed copy or have a digital copy available at check-in.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in delays or rescheduling.
