A teacher has a huge responsibility in making sure the students learn the language properly. They must carry out their obligations and complete their responsibilities to ensure that the pupils can write well and with confidence. They must devote a lot of time and effort to arranging their lessons and selecting efficient teaching methods. Then, in order to ensure that the pupils perform better the following time, they must monitor their development and offer helpful comments.

It is your duty and responsibility as an instructor to inspire your students and establish goals for them. In fact, it's preferable if you jointly define the goals with them so that they take ownership of the process and put up more effort. Assist them in achieving those objectives and provide incentives to keep them motivated. They can be modest rewards, like candies, or more substantial ones, like ordering pizza for the class if they meet a target. Just be sure to constantly inspiring and pushing your kids to ensure that they never quit up.
