LOU HART MARINA  

The Avalon Manor Marina was established in 1965. The land was donated, pilings were drilled, and the docks were built by volunteers.  

Lou Hart, a long-standing member of the AMIA, served as Dock Master for many years.  After his passing, the Marina was dedicated in his memory and became known as the Lou Hart Marina to the residents of Avalon Manor.

Throughout the years, the Lou Hart Marina has continued to be owned, operated, and maintained by the proud members the Avalon Manor Improvement Association.  It features13 slips and is located at 524 Old Avalon Blvd.
