Tutorial for Worship Team

Worship Committee requested help in developing a training on procedures for operating the monitors, using Presentation mode in Powerpoint, and presenting video within the worship service.

I generated the following training module with visuals for worship leader's multimedia coordinator to follow during the service to make a polished presentation, eliminating the audience's view of keystrokes and mouse movements. Each page was printed in color on cardstock and laminated for use on Sundays mornings. Additionally, worship team members can receive this training as needed throughout the year at evening committee meetings.

Additionally, I included in my Communications Audit a proposal for the transfer of the Sunday Slideshow delivery from Microsoft Powerpoint to Google Slides. By using Google slides, church leaders can collaboratively build the announcements to be presented on Sunday, eliminating the need to make flash announcements during the service on Sunday morning.
