AutoPartner Terms of Service

By using AutoPartner ("the Bot"), or AutoPartner Lite ("the Bot") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

1. About AutoPartner

AutoPartner is a Discord bot designed to help communities manage partnerships, affiliates, and related server networking features. The Bot provides tools to organize and simplify partnership-related tasks.

2. Acceptable Use

When using AutoPartner, you agree that you will not:

3. Discord Requirements

AutoPartner operates through Discord. By using the Bot, you agree to follow:

• Any applicable rules set by your Discord server

Violations of Discord's policies may result in removal of access to AutoPartner.

4. Paid Advertisements & Promotions

AutoPartner offers paid advertisement and promotional services.

By using AutoPartner, you acknowledge that promotional content, advertisements, or sponsored partnership messages may be sent through AutoPartner features, including partnership channels, depending on available services and configurations.

AutoPartner may allow communities, organizations, or users to purchase promotional placements. These promotions may be distributed across participating servers using AutoPartner.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure advertisements follow AutoPartner's guidelines and do not contain harmful, malicious, or prohibited content.

5. Availability

We aim to keep AutoPartner available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Bot will always be online or error-free.

The Bot may experience:

• Maintenance

• Updates

• Temporary outages

• Feature changes or removals

We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

6. Changes to AutoPartner

We may update, modify, or remove features of AutoPartner at any time. We may also update these Terms when necessary.

Continued use of the Bot after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
