AutoPartner Privacy & Security Policy

This Privacy & Security Policy explains how AutoPartner (“AutoPartner,” “we,” “our,” or “the Service”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the AutoPartner Discord bot, the public website at https://autopartnerbot.xyz, and the dashboard at https://dash.autopartnerbot.xyz.

By using any part of the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

• The AutoPartner Discord bot, AutoPartner Lite, and its commands, tickets, partnership workflows, analytics, transcripts, and automation.

• The public AutoPartner website and pages that link to this policy.

• The authenticated AutoPartner dashboard, including setup, configuration, Premium, support, activity, command-log, live-ticket, transcript, and AI-support features.

• Support and data requests submitted through our official contact methods.

Third-party services, including Discord and our store provider, have their own privacy policies and terms.

2. Information We Collect

Discord account and server information

When you use the bot or sign in to the dashboard with Discord OAuth, we may receive or store:

• Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and authorization information.

• Discord server, channel, role, message, invite, and member-count identifiers or metadata needed for AutoPartner features.

• Servers you own, manage, or are authorized to configure.

• Temporary setup-access requests, approvals, expiration times, and revocations.

We do not receive your Discord password through Discord OAuth.

Bot configuration and partnership data

We may store:

• Partnership channels, ticket categories, staff roles, requirements, cooldowns, ping aliases, advertisements, panels, sticky messages, custom questions, automation settings, and other server preferences.

• Partnership requests, ticket state, invite information, advertisements, proof screenshots or attachments, OCR or AI verification results, staff decisions, denial reasons, outcome roles, posting records, and cooldown or duplicate-prevention data.

• Analytics, staff attribution, command usage, activity history, configuration health, and operational logs.

• Transcript content and related message, attachment, reply, forwarded-message, and timestamp context when transcript features are enabled.

Website and dashboard usage data

When you access the website or dashboard, our hosting, security, and application systems may process:

• IP address and approximate network information.

• Browser, device, operating-system, language, and screen information.

• Requested pages, referring page, date and time, response status, and diagnostic or error information.

• Dashboard visits, feature usage, changes made, and security events.

• Session and security information needed to keep you signed in, prevent cross-site request forgery, enforce authorization, and protect the Service.

The public website may provide links to the dashboard, store, Discord support server, policies, and other official resources.

Dashboard AI Support

If you use Dashboard AI Support or other AI-assisted features, we may process:

• The question or content you submit.

• Relevant server configuration and feature context needed to answer the request.

• Usage counts, timestamps, safety signals, and limited conversation context.

The assistant provides guidance only and cannot change server settings. Inputs are limited and sanitized. Do not submit passwords, tokens, recovery codes, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Premium and store information

Premium purchases are handled through our store provider. We may receive limited purchase information necessary to activate, renew, verify, support, or prevent abuse of Premium, such as a product, key, transaction reference, purchase status, Discord or server association, and subscription period.

Payment-card or banking information is handled by the applicable payment or store provider and is not intended to be stored by AutoPartner.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may receive your email address, Discord information, message content, screenshots, server ID, and other information you choose to provide.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the bot, website, dashboard, Premium, and support.

• Authenticate users and determine which servers and settings they may access.

• Save configuration and process partnership tickets, verification, staff review, posting, transcripts, and analytics.

• Detect duplicates, enforce cooldowns, prevent abuse, and protect users and servers.

• Troubleshoot failures, monitor availability, improve reliability, and develop features.

• Process Premium activation and renewal.

• Respond to support, privacy, and security requests.

• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use collected information for unrelated purposes.

4. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies

The dashboard may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for Discord OAuth sign-in, secure sessions, authorization, CSRF protection, preferences, and Service operation.

Disabling required session storage may prevent the dashboard from working. We do not state that optional advertising cookies are used unless that practice is introduced and this policy is updated.

5. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be processed or disclosed:

• To hosting, database, security, logging, AI, email, store, and other vendors that help operate the Service.

• To Discord as necessary for bot and OAuth functionality.

• To authorized maintainers or support personnel when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, investigate an issue, or respond to a request.

• When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.

• To protect the rights, safety, integrity, and security of AutoPartner, its users, Discord communities, or the public.

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Permissions and Access

AutoPartner uses Discord permissions required for enabled features. These may include viewing channels, sending messages, embedding links, attaching files, reading message history, managing partnership-ticket channels or messages, creating invite links for authorized features, and managing configured roles.

AutoPartner does not intentionally use permissions to perform unrelated or unauthorized actions. Server owners can review or revoke permissions through Discord.

Dashboard access is restricted through Discord OAuth and server-side authorization. Temporary setup access is limited to the approved Discord account, server, and time period. Owners can view and revoke access, and related changes remain recorded in Activity history.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide enabled features, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain security.

Retention periods vary by data type. Configuration may remain while a server uses AutoPartner. Security and operational logs may be kept for a limited period. Online Transcripts are retained for a limited period and are not publicly listed. Backup copies may remain temporarily after deletion until they are rotated out.

Removing AutoPartner from a server does not necessarily delete every record immediately. Server owners and users may request deletion as described below.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:

• Discord OAuth and server-side authorization.

• Secure sessions and CSRF protection.

• Input validation and request-size limits.

• Rate limiting and abuse prevention.

• Encryption for sensitive dashboard data where applicable.

• Restricted temporary access and role-based controls.

• Safe mention handling and duplicate-action protection.

• Activity and command records used for accountability.

• Monitoring, backups, and automatic service recovery.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never share your Discord password, recovery codes, bot token, Premium key, API key, or other secrets with AutoPartner support.

9. Your Choices and Data Requests

Depending on your relationship to the Service and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you or your server.

Server owners may remove the bot, change permissions, disable features, revoke temporary access, or update dashboard settings. Users can revoke AutoPartner OAuth access through their Discord account settings.

We may request information needed to verify your identity, server ownership, or authority. We may retain information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate dispute resolution.

10. Children’s Privacy

AutoPartner is not intended for children below the age permitted to use Discord or the Service under applicable law. Users must follow Discord’s age requirements and policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us.

11. International Processing

AutoPartner and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for such processing.

12. Security Reports

If you discover a potential vulnerability, report it privately through our support server or email. Do not publicly disclose sensitive details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the bot, website, dashboard, vendors, or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
