Still under construction...
Our team consists of 4 computer engineers and 1 mechanical engineer. Every Sunday we have a meeting after listening to the song we made for Tolga Hoca on slack.
Team lead, problem solver, and the grand sorcerer of reinforcement learning. As a sophomore CS student at TEDU, Ali is weaving his magic into sensor fusion and deep reinforcement learning, making sure our RC car doesn’t just move but learns. When he’s not casting spells in ROS2 for fun, he’s busy managing the team, debugging the impossible, and keeping everything (and everyone) running smoothly. If you need answers, Ali’s got them—just don’t ask about the budget.

The “do whatever it takes” guy of the team. As a 4th-year computer engineering student, Engin is all about reinforcement learning and sensor fusion, making sure our RC car learns from its mistakes (unlike some of us). Whether it's tuning hyperparameters, optimizing algorithms, or just keeping the project on track, he’s always ready to dive in.
Here is Kaan Guler, genius with a big smile, he responsible for computer vision and general technologies of the car.

Özgür is in charge of making sure our RC car actually sees the world. He’s working on training and optimizing object detection models so our car doesn’t crash into things it shouldn’t. Always buried in datasets and tweaking parameters, he’s on a mission to make our vision pipeline as sharp as possible.
Meet Deniz, the backbone of our project—literally. As a 4th-year mechanical engineering student at TED University, he designs the schematics, builds the frame, and makes sure the motors actually move. If it involves torque, gears, or getting his hands dirty, Deniz is on it. Without him, we’d just have a bunch of fancy code with nothing to run on.
Our favorite professor at TED University and the mastermind behind keeping this project (and our sanity) intact. As our advisor, Prof. Tolga provides the wisdom, guidance, and occasionally the much-needed reality checks. Whether it’s solving complex problems or just listening to our never-ending funding requests, he’s always there—though we’re still hoping he brings his credit card next time.
