One of the first things we did was to put the team together.  At first there were two of us, me, Ahmet Engin Büyükdığan, and Ali. Then Ali met Kaan Güler from an event at school and we completed the team to 3. But we were still lacking. Then we got Özgür Basık. We applied to the school's LAD program for budget. We needed a consultant teacher. We took care of the consultant teacher part by meeting with Tolga Kurtuluş Çapın. The school also asked us for a mechanic. So we decided to hire Deniz Ertuğrul. We talked to Administrative Affairs and ordered materials. To install Jetson Nano, we first installed Ubuntu on the computer, then we installed Jetson Nano.We contacted Teknopar. They have a similar project. We had several meetings with them.On the technical side, Ali and I ran Meta-Drive reinforcement algorithms. On Kaan and Özgür's side, they were working on the latest semantic segmentation.
