Auto Clicker – Smart Tap is an automation utility that provides tools for creating and executing automated taps, clicks, gestures, and other supported interactions on a device.
The App may allow users to:
Create and configure automated tap or click actions.
Set the position, timing, interval, duration, or repetition of supported actions.
Execute automated tap or click sequences.
Create, save, edit, and manage automation configurations.
Use supported gesture or interaction features provided by the App.
Start, pause, resume, or stop automation sessions.
The availability and functionality of automation features may depend on the device, operating system version, application compatibility, system restrictions, and permissions granted to the App.
The App does not guarantee that automated interactions will work correctly with every application, device, screen, interface, or operating system.
Users are solely responsible for:
Using the App only on devices that they own or are authorized to operate.
Ensuring that they have the legal right to automate interactions with any application or service they use with the App.
Reviewing automation configurations before starting an automation session.

Some features of the App may be available only to users with an active Premium Subscription.

Some automation features may use Android accessibility capabilities to detect or perform supported interactions on the device.
When the required access is enabled, the App may use the relevant system functionality to perform automated taps, clicks, gestures, or other supported actions according to configurations created or initiated by the user.
You are responsible for deciding which permissions or system access to grant. If required access is denied or revoked, certain automation features may not function properly.
The App does not use accessibility capabilities to independently make decisions about what actions to perform on your behalf. Automated interactions are configured, initiated, paused, or stopped through features provided by the App and according to the settings selected by you.
You should only enable permissions and accessibility capabilities when you understand their purpose and when their use is appropriate for your device and intended activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and any granted permissions complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and the terms of applications or services that you interact with.
You may create, enter, save, or configure automation settings when using the App.
You retain ownership of any content or information that you provide to the App, where applicable.
You are solely responsible for the automation configurations, tap positions, timing settings, gestures, actions, and other instructions that you create or execute using the App.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use the App in connection with the applications, services, devices, or content that you interact with.
The App does not grant us ownership of your configurations or personal content.
Where automation configurations are processed locally on your device, such processing is performed for the purpose of providing the requested automation functionality.
You should review the App's Privacy Policy for additional information about how information and data may be processed.
Auto Clicker – Smart Tap is provided as an automation utility and cannot guarantee that automated interactions will always produce the intended result.
Automation may fail or behave differently when:
The target application changes its interface or layout.
The device changes screen resolution, orientation, scaling, or display settings.
The operating system restricts or changes accessibility functionality.
The target application prevents or restricts automated interactions.
Required permissions or accessibility access are denied, revoked, or restricted.
The device enters a power-saving, locked, or restricted state.
The target application or service experiences an error or interruption.
Network conditions affect the target application.
The configured tap position or gesture does not correspond to the intended interface element.
Device-specific technical limitations affect automation.
Other software or system restrictions interfere with automated actions.
Automated interactions may occur faster or more frequently than expected if configurations are incorrect.
You acknowledge that using automation software may cause unintended interactions, including accidental taps, clicks, gestures, navigation, or changes within applications.
You should review your automation settings before execution and stop automation if unexpected behavior occurs.
We are not responsible for unintended actions, changes, transactions, content modifications, account actions, data loss, or other consequences resulting from automation configured or initiated by you, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Certain features of Auto Clicker – Smart Tap may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices and available plans will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your applicable app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will apply only to future purchases or subscription renewals, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers.
Third-party services may collect or process certain information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
We may use third-party services for purposes such as:
Advertising.

Crash reporting.

Use the App to conduct fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access or abuse the App itself.
Abuse automation, advertising, subscription, or other App functionality.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Use the App to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.
Use the App in a manner that violates the terms, rules, or policies of third-party applications, websites, games, or services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INDOGAST MEDIA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Availability.

The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or secure.
Automated interactions will always execute as configured.
Automation will work with every application, website, game, or service.
Automated taps, clicks, or gestures will always occur at the intended location or time.
The App will support every device, screen configuration, application, or operating system.
Required accessibility or system capabilities will remain available.
Third-party services used by the App will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INDOGAST MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Your use or inability to use the App.
Automated taps, clicks, gestures, or other interactions performed by the App.
Unintended actions or interactions caused by automation.
Changes made to applications, websites, games, accounts, or other services through automated interactions.
Loss, corruption, alteration, or deletion of data resulting from your use of the App.
Device or system problems.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Third-party services.
Unauthorized access to systems or information.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INDOGAST MEDIA and its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
