Auto Clicker – Smart Tap is an automation utility that allows users to configure and perform automated taps, clicks, gestures, and other supported touch interactions on their Android device.

Start, pause, resume, or stop automated actions.

Use supported automation features through Android system capabilities and permissions.
Certain automation features may require the use of Android Accessibility Services or other system permissions. These permissions are used only to provide the automation functionality requested by the user.
The App does not control or determine what third-party applications, websites, games, or services you interact with. Users are solely responsible for how they configure and use automated actions.
You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, and the rules or terms of any third-party application or service with which you interact.
Some features of the App may be available only to users with an active Premium Subscription.
Some features of Auto Clicker – Smart Tap may require Android Accessibility Services or other device permissions.
These capabilities may allow the App to perform automated taps, clicks, gestures, or other interactions on your behalf according to configurations created by you.
You understand and acknowledge that:
Accessibility permissions are optional unless required for a specific automation feature.
You are responsible for granting permissions through the Android system settings.
You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.
The App should only be used for legitimate automation purposes.
You should not use the App to perform actions that you are not authorized to perform.
The App does not guarantee that automated interactions will work with every application, website, game, or device.
The App does not use accessibility functionality to independently make decisions on your behalf or to access content unrelated to the automation actions you configure, except as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
You agree to use Auto Clicker – Smart Tap responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the App to:
Circumvent security mechanisms or access controls.
Bypass authentication or authorization systems.
Perform unauthorized actions on another person's device or account.
Conduct fraudulent or deceptive activities.
Interfere with third-party services or systems.
Abuse websites, applications, games, or online services.
Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or other restrictions imposed by third-party services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of automated interactions complies with the rules and policies of any third-party service you use.
Certain features of Auto Clicker – Smart Tap may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices and available plans will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your applicable app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will apply only to future purchases or subscription renewals, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers.
The App may also use third-party services for purposes such as:
Advertising.
Analytics.
Crash reporting.
Application performance monitoring.
Payment and subscription processing.
Other technical services required to operate and improve the App.
Third-party services may collect or process certain information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

You may not:

Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App without authorization.
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without written permission.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Attempt to reproduce or distribute significant portions of the App's source code or proprietary functionality.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or secure.

The App will work with every device or Android version.
The App will be compatible with every third-party application, game, website, or service.
Third-party applications or services will permit automated interactions.
Automation will produce a particular result.
You acknowledge that automated interactions may produce unintended results depending on the device, operating system, application, network conditions, or configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INDOGAST MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Your use or inability to use the App.
Automated actions performed through the App.
Unintended taps, clicks, gestures, or interactions.
Changes or restrictions imposed by third-party applications or services.
Account restrictions, suspensions, or termination by third-party services.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Loss of data, content, progress, or other information resulting from use of the App.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INDOGAST MEDIA and its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law.
Your misuse of Accessibility Services or other device permissions.
Your unauthorized use of automated interactions.
Your violation of third-party terms or policies.
Your infringement of intellectual property, privacy, security, or other third-party rights.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
