Aurjin Core (Pty) Ltd  (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built the Crystal Calamity as a game(“game”, “Service”, or “app”). This game is provided for use as is.

We value your privacy, and this page is used to inform you regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

For ad-related data, Google LLC (AdMob) acts as a data processor on our behalf or as an independent controller, depending on the context.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. This information is collected by and for third party services (specifically Admob).  

All information collected or stored by the game directly is optional. For marketing purposes and advertising see the third party service provided privacy policies. These third parties may collect information such as:

           Android Advertising ID or similar identifiers
          IP Address and general location (country/region)
          Device type, model, operating system version
          Language and regional settings
          App usage statistics, crash logs, and ad-interaction data

This information is used solely for delivering and improving ads, preventing fraud, and measuring performance.

3. Purpose for Processing

The purpose of collected information is:

           To display and improve advertisements via AdMob
          To deliver non-personalized, contextual ads and prevent fraud
          To comply with legal obligations

When you first launch the game in relevant regions, a consent prompt appears (via AdMob) asking whether you allow personalized ads.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. We rely on Consent for personalized ads, Legitimate Interest for fraud prevention and app functionality and Legal Obligation where applicable.

          Other service providers used for assisting in compliance and/or debugging purposes

We do not sell or trade any user data.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our game is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age of consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Under South African law, individuals under 18 are considered minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without verified parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

This Service may contain links to other sites (such as, but not limited to, advertisements). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We do not retain any user data ourselves.

We rely on Google’s industry standard encryption, secure servers, and limited data access systems. While no online system is completely secure, we and our partners strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

We comply with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) when processing data of South African residents.

These transfers are protected by contractual safeguards and Google’s global compliance certifications.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the latest policy on this page, as well as inside the game. These changes will be effective immediately after they are posted on this page or inside the game. The date at the top of the page/inside the game indicates the most recent version.
