SUMMARY
I am researcher at CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research), member of the research laboratory LEM (Lille Economie Management, UMR 9221, IESEG) and professor of Organization Studies. My research interests revolve around the development of new ways of working in the digital age, their political and societal dimensions, and their relationships with management. My research interests include the interplay among people in organizations, work practices, and information technologies. To study this complex interplay, I rely particularly on philosophical approaches (especially the thought developed by French philosopher Michel Foucault) and qualitative research methods.
