I am a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Behavioral Decision Making Area at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
My research is in behavioral and development economics, with a growing focus on labor and organizational behavior. I study social and behavioral barriers in education and the workplace, investigating how role models, information provision, and AI tools can help individuals and organizations overcome these barriers. Methodologically, my research primarily uses field and lab experiments, complemented by observational data analysis and causal machine learning techniques.Â
I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Washington in 2025, and my B.S. in Statistics from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2018.
