Hi! I'm Jaedah Lewis and I am a Master of Social Work Intern at the University of Oklahoma based in Houston, Texas! I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and step into their healing. My journey, both personally and professionally, has shaped my deep commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe, valued, and heard. I believe growth begins when you feel truly seen and supported, and I strive to offer a space that is affirming, culturally aware, and free of judgment.
As an intern therapist at Inspired Practice LLC, I provide services under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Vasquez, LCSW-S. My approach is rooted in cultural humility and a strengths-based approach. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, build coping tools, and move at a pace that feels safe and empowering for you. Whether you’re navigating stress as an executive, anxiety, stress, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we will work together to create meaningful and sustainable change.
Outside of the therapy space, I’m a proud mom and fiance who values family and fun.
