DELETE YOUR AUGUSTE RIDE ACCOUNT

Auguste Ride LLC allows riders and drivers to request permanent deletion of their Auguste Ride account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to:

augusteridellc@gmail.com

Use the subject line:

Delete My Auguste Ride Account

Include the following information:

• Your full name

• The email address connected to your account

• The telephone number connected to your account

• Whether you have a Rider or Driver account

• A clear statement requesting permanent account deletion

Verification and Processing

To protect your account, Auguste Ride may contact you to verify your identity before completing the deletion request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your account, including profile information and account credentials.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, insurance, fraud-prevention, safety, financial, or regulatory obligations. Information that must be retained will be protected and used only for those purposes.

Deleting your account is permanent. After deletion, you may lose access to your ride history, driver information, earnings records, and other account features.
