Adult and Family Sailing Classes

Learn the fundamentals of sailing and water safety in a welcoming, small-group setting. These classes are designed for adults and families who want to build confidence, basic seamanship skills, and comfort on the water—no prior experience required.

Classes are held on most weekends from April through September. Dates are listed on the Augusta Sailing Club event calendar.

Instruction takes place on Sunfish sailboats, stable 14-foot boats that are ideal for learning and building skills at a relaxed pace.
