These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Noise Reducer mobile application (the "App"), published by Nextpixel Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Noise Reducer is a free utility that removes background noise from video and audio recordings. All processing happens locally on your device. The App:
Is free to use, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising
Does not require an account or registration
Does not connect to the internet
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law or by the open-source licenses described below.
You retain all rights to the videos and audio files you import into or create with the App. Because processing happens entirely on your device, we never receive, store, or access your media.
You are solely responsible for the content you process with the App, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and modify that content. You agree not to use the App to process content in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Nextpixel Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App includes RNNoise, an open-source noise-suppression library developed by the Xiph.Org Foundation and contributors, used under its open-source license. The applicable copyright notices and license text are available in the App's settings.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that processing results will meet your expectations. Audio processing results vary depending on the source material.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nextpixel Apps and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Because your media is stored only on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that:
These Terms are between you and Nextpixel Apps, not Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
