Join us for a full day immersed in the Wasatch mountains where we will have the opportunity to recalibrate, tune in and connect with ourselves as well as each other.

The day will be spent in Big Cottonwood Canyon at Spruces Campground. 

Lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided. 

Programming will run from 9am-7pm with the option to enjoy connection as late as 10pm.

Payment options are offered on a sliding scale of $275 - $350

This event will offer a similar experience as our 4-day intensive, condensed into a single day at a more accessible location. We will integrate many of the same principles including ceremony, mind-body connection, psychoeducation, and an experiential group process to create an opportunity for deepening your therapeutic work.
