Registration:

You are expected to follow the steps below to participate in the conference:

• Filling out the registration form: This form is available at the end of this page. Once you complete the form, your name will be added to the updated list of participants within one or two days. (Note: If you are planning to attend the conference, you can fill out the registration form well in advance, even if you do not have your abstract and presentation ready yet).

• Submitting your abstract: Please use the template available in the "Proceedings" section. The deadline for abstract submission is extended until July 31, 2024. Please send your abstract to atsf2024@gmail.com with the subject line "ATSF 2024 Abstract Submission". After your abstract has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an official invitation letter by e-mail within one or two weeks at the latest. (Note: You must fill out the registration form before submitting your abstract).

• Paying the late registration fee: Once you have received your official invitation letter, you can proceed to the step of the conference late registration fee payment. Payment information will be sent to you after your abstract has been approved. (Important notice: Please do not pay before you receive your official invitation letter).

Registration Fee:

• Foreign participants

• Turkish participants

The registration fee covers:

• participation in all sessions

• one paper presentation

• publication charges for one accepted paper

• participation in the conference dinner

• participation in the conference lunches

• e-book of abstracts

• program booklet

• conference materials

• coffee, tea, soft drinks, and cookies.

Cancellation policy:

Authors who have their abstracts included in the e-book of abstracts are not eligible for a refund. The e-book of abstracts will be announced on the conference website two weeks before the conference date. However, authors may receive a refund if they withdraw their abstracts before their abstracts are included in the electronic file within the deadline specified below:

• %80 refund - no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference

• %50 refund - within 30 days, but not within the final 14 days, prior to the first days of the conference

• no refund - within 14 days prior to the first day of the conference

Remarks:

• If your accompanying person attends the conference lunches and conference dinner, an additional 50 EUR per person will be charged.

• For the presentation of two papers, it is needed 1.5 registration fees.

• The registration fee does not cover the accommodation fee (please see the Accommodation link for details).

• The registration fee does not cover the excursion fee on September 7, 2024 (please follow the Program link for up-to-date information about the excursion program).

• All conference participants MUST fill out the following Registration Form.
