• The number of rooms at TOBB ETU Guest House is limited. Therefore, priority will be given according to the date of submission of the Accommodation Request Form. 

• The registration fee does not cover the accommodations. The accommodation fee for TOBB ETU Guest House will be collected in cash during the conference.

• The accommodation fee for Turkish and foreign participants is the same. Turkish participants can pay the current TL equivalent of the following fees in cash.
