By agreeing to purchase and/or commission a custom figure from me, you (the customer) must agree to all the following terms and conditions presented here. The customer must be over 18 to commission me unless they have a consent from a parent or guardian over 18 years old.
Commission slots are open on a first come first serve basis. A total of 10 commission slots are open at a time. A waiting list is available when this list is full. Your name can be added on the waiting list if you are interested. I will contact you once you are the next in line for the commission slot. You have 3 days to respond to my message regarding the commission. If no response is given, you will lose your commission slot and you will be removed from the waiting list.
I allow one (1) custom figure commissions per slot. If a customer would like to commission 2 or more figures, multiple commission slots would be needed (i.e., two (2) slots for 2 figures). If more than one slot is needed, keep in mind it may take longer for me to accept the project as the required number of slots must be available beforehand.
For original characters I require full payment up front before starting the commission. For characters that are not original and are well known (i.e., owned by Hasbro) I will allow for partial payment (50%) before starting the commission and will allow for the second half of the payment after completion (50%).
Payment plans are only offered on large orders and up to my discretion.
Shipping cost will be quoted before the start of the commission however, shipping payment is not required until after commission is complete. It is the customer’s choice if they would rather pay the shipping cost before or after the completion of the order.
I accept PayPal as my only form of payment. An invoice will be sent to the provided PayPal email address and must be paid within 3 days after the invoice has been sent. If payment is not received the order will be canceled. Under this circumstance you may also lose your commission slot.
Once a custom commission has been paid for and work has begun, no alternations can be made to the provided reference material. Examples of this include (but are not limited to): major color changes (changing the body color from red to green), changes to hair type (selecting doll hair but wanting to change to yarn or sculpted hair), changes to the selected base (a pegasus base to a unicorn base), and major alternations to the selected base (wanting princess wings, custom or otherwise, instead of the normal pegasus wings). Please ensure that the reference material provided is accurate and up to date. If a major alternation is requested to the commissioned piece, a fee priced at my discretion will be charged before any changes are made.
Any additional accessories desired must be included in the original commission purchase. If accessories are requested to the commissioned piece after work has already begun, a fee priced at my discretion (at a higher price point compared to the price of the accessory prior to me starting work on the commission) will be charged for their creation. In some cases however, due to the nature of the project, some accessory requests may not be fulfilled.
Custom orders typically take around 4-6 weeks to complete. The project may take more or less time depending on the complexity of the commission and the number of commissions that must be completed for the order.
If you need a commission by a certain deadline, let me know and I will let you know if it would be possible.
If external issues arise that may cause delays in completing the commission, I will keep you informed. I will message you frequently with progress pictures as well.
I will also post finished photos of the commission on my Instagram page. Please inform me before commissioning me if you would not like any pictures of your custom to be posted to my Instagram page.
I will ship to most any country providing no shipping restrictions are currently in place in said country. I ship using Canada Post.
All commissions will be shipped tracked and fully insured. Buyers are held responsible for any customs or import fees. I will declare the full cost of the commission on the package.
If you item arrives damaged or is lost (i.e. item has not arrived within 4-5 weeks) please contact me as soon as possible. Please provide me with pictures of the package and any damage seen. I will contact the shipping company in order to claim compensation. Once compensation has been received, you will be refunded for the damage or loss of the package.
I do not accept any refunds on custom commissions. I do not allow for any cancellations once I have begun working on your custom.
If I have not begun working on your custom, I will allow for cancelations and your payment will be refunded. Any PayPal fees will not be refunded.
I do allow for refunds on ready-made items and figures. You have 14 days after delivery to apply for a refund after delivery has been confirmed. The item must be shipped back to me, properly packaged, and tracked. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Once the figure has been returned, the cost of the initial shipment and item will be returned to you in full.
